Also called wheels, sequins. Not cupped. Called flat but they are actually a bit "wavy". They do not sit perfectly flat. Hole in the center.
Note: We are selling them as "seconds" because the stamping on some of the sequins is not complete. We have doubled the original quantity of 100 sequins to 200 sequins (for the original price of 100 pieces).
