Note: We are selling these as "seconds" at a highly reduced price as there is a higher than normal rate of paillettes that may have some scratches. Most of the scratches are light. Estimated "scratch" rate is around 30-40%. Take a good look at the photo in the listing for a good idea of the paillettes condition.
