This listing price only includes the repair evaluation of your unit and is non-refundable.  Free economy shipping only applies to Line #3 below and mailing you an evaluation form if you do not provide a valid email address.
Here's what you'll need to do:
1.  Purchase our service, and we will message you with our shipping address and external email address.
2.  Ship us your ClearChart unit and Remote with any problem description and your contact information.
3.  We can provide a prepaid "Free Shipping" box for you, If you choose this option and decline the repair we will keep your broken unit unless you pay both shipping charges.
4.  We will evaluate the unit upon receipt and
contact you with a quote of the repair cost of your unit.
5.  Once we obtain your approval and payment, we will repair the unit and ship it back to you.
If you ship us your unit at your expense and decide not to have repairs done, we can scrap the unit for you or you can pay the return shipping and we will ship the unit back to you.
