    Description

    Fully retractable manual car antenna (no motor or electrical power connection is used).
    4 section 31 inch/80cm (fully extended) stainless steel mast with key lock wedge tip. One key is included.
    This antenna will fit many car makes and models. Please check the Specifications section below and pay particular attention to the antenna body hole size and underbody clearance size.

    When fully retracted the antenna cannot be extended without the use of the key wedge which helps to prevent vandalism when parked or accidental damage at shows.

    4 foot cable with standard AM/FM Motorola male plug already attached to the antenna allows easy installation to most car radios. If more than 4 feet of cable is needed for your particular application we carry a 12 foot extension cable which can be added to your antenna order for .95.
    Mounts from the outside of the car through either of the common 7/8" or 1" diameter antenna car body holes originally installed or it can be mounted from the inside out through an antenna hole as small as 5/8".
    Specifications:
    Exertior black rubber body gasket outer diameter is 1 3/16 inches.
    Head kit above body height when fully retracted is only 1 1/8 inches

    Fully extended antenna mast length 31 inches.
    Adjustable base (head kit) allows it to be used on a variety of fender contour slopes up to appx. 35 degrees.
    Clearance required to house the black underbody antenna tube is 9 ½ inches. It is very important that you check your antenna hole location to ensure that there is at least 9 ½ inches directly below the hole to house the tube.
    Car body antenna hole size needs to be 1 inch or less. A 7/8 inch minimum hole size is required to install the antenna from outside the car. Only a 5/8 inch minimum hole size is required to install the antenna from underneath the body hole.
