This Mast is for the USA Market Mercedes that were sold here in the United States from 1981 to 1993. It has a Chrome Tip, mushroom shaped style Version mast, Look at the ACTUAL PHOTO BELOW.  Notice the Style of the TIP.
If you own a 1992 or 1993 model car you will need to check and see if you have this mast with a CHROME Mushroom Style Tip, ... if so this is the mast.  IF you have a BLACK Pencil Eraser Style Tip, then this mast will not fit.   1992 & 1993 Version Cars used both styles in these two years.
If you own a 1981 to 1983 model car you will need to check and see if you have a toothed cable if so, THIS IS the correct mast.  If you have a smooth cable, no teeth on the cable, this is not your version mast.
